A system designed to create outward opening and outward tilting windows. Genesis OUT is characterised by the flush inner surface of the frame and sash. Genesis 75 is an innovative three-chamber window system with excellent thermal insulation properties.
outward opening windows can be fitted with two types of hinges: rotating or scissor hinges.
the hinges used make it possible to tilt the sash outwards, either upwards or downwards. it is possible to tilt the window outwards with the help of an opening limiter.
Genesis 75 windows are characterised by a very low thermal insulation coefficient Uf of 0.84 W/m2K, achieved by the use of 75 mm deep frame profiles and insulating materials that are new to the market. By choosing Genesis 75 windows and doors, you are opting for the best thermal performance at an affordable price!
Energy saving windows
The use of an additional thermal gasket along with the standard central gasket, has made it possible to achieve high levels of window tightness while maintaining a modern design. This is a combination of the highest ergonomics of use and modern profile aesthetics, thanks to which it is possible to create window structures with individual character and innovative appearance.
Our outward opening windows are made on the best aluminum systems available
The most popular system in our offer for the production of outward opening windows is Aliplast Genesis 75.
We also work on: Aluprof (MB 79 Casement, MB 86 Casement), Reynaers (Slimline 38, Slimline 68)

Glazing
Standard glazing package
Our doors are equipped with a tripe plane glass that is connected by three spacing frames, two of which are covered with Low-E coatings
The glass type strongly depends on the measurements of the whole door configuration. Please have a look at examples:

Safety glass
For an extra charge we have in our offer a safety glass option.
The safety glass consists of two glass panes joined together with a laminated PVB foil. This solution is used in for instance the windscreens of passenger cars because of its shatterproof function and strength. Additionally, it provides better sound insulation.

VSG 33.1 LE/ 18 Ar/4mm/18 Ar/4mm LE
P4 glass – increased resistance to damage / burglary
P4 glass type with higher resistance to damage e.g. VSG 44.4 where glass panes are connected with 4 layers of protective foils.
The strength of P4 glass is confirmed in laboratory tests. During the tests, the glass must withstand a three-time impact with a 4.11 kg steel ball dropped from a height of 9 m. This type of glass is characterised by the highest resistance to manual attack for instance with a hammer weighing several kilograms.

Warm spacer frames
A spacer frame is the basic element of joining the space between the panes in a glass. It is normally filled with 90% argon which is a non-toxic, insulating dense type of gas and 10% air. It allows to obtain a heat transfer coefficient of up to Ug = 0.4 W/m²K.
Warm, Swisspacer Ultimate spacers (available in 6 colors) are used as standard in our glazed units. They are recommended for energy-saving construction thanks to a significant reduction in the heat transfer coefficient. Due to the extremely thin gaps between the panes Krypton is used which is a gas that performs best as an insulator when used in such configurations.
There is a huge range of choices in glazing, for instance: energy-saving, sound-absorbing, safety, anti-burglary and solar glass.
Solar glass
This category includes several types of special-purpose glazing designed to reduce the effect of the sun in interiors – both in terms of heat transfer and excessive light penetration. The most common solutions are milk glass, glass with one-way mirror effect as well as bronze reflex glass.
Thermal insulating glass – energy efficient
This type of glazing is designed to provide the best possible thermal insulation of a room, which is especially important in temperate climates, where there are significant temperature differences between seasons. Thermal insulating glazing is covered with an extremely thin layer of precious metals, so in winter it minimizes heat loss from the room, while in summer it prevents excessive heating.
Sound-absorbing glazing
Sound-absorbing glazing provides excellent sound insulation along with comfort for people in rooms whose windows face, for example, busy streets (low-frequency sounds) or children’s playgrounds (high-frequency sounds). The effect of sound-absorbing glass is related to the thickness of the glass – the thicker the glass, the better it protects against outside noise. Such glazing can be made of ordinary glass, tempered glass or laminated glass with a film. The space between the layers of glass is filled with heavy gases.
Safety glass
Safety glass is usually layered glass or glass made of laminated or tempered glass that does not shatter into small fragments when broken. This type of glazing primarily provides protection against injury from glass shards.
Anti-burglary glass
Burglar-proof glass, as the name suggests, protects windows from a burglary. Mostly they are layered glass, made of two layers of glass and between 2 to 4 layers of PVB film. The film strengthens the structure of the glass – the more layers of film, the more resistant the glass is to mechanical damage. We can divide anti-burglary glass into 8 classes: P1A, P2A, P3A, P4A, P5A, P6B, P7B and P8B. The strength of glazing in each class varies significantly. For example, according to the standard, glazing of the P3A class can replace the grid made of Ø10 steel wire, with meshes up to 150 mm, while glazing of the P8B class replaces the grid made of steel bars with diameters up to Ø16.
Colours can emphasise the shape of aluminium joinery and provide it with individual character and genuine appearance. All aluminium systems offered by our company are available in two colour palettes – RAL and DECORAL.
RAL Basic colour palette.
Fiery red or maybe a delicate blue? Thanks to the RAL K5 Classic color palette, you can choose the shade of the door perfectly suited to your requirements!
Learn about the production process of wood-like structures:
Decoral system has a wide range of colors: the coatings allow you to get surfaces that imitate not only wood but also marble, granite and any other colors and patterns. Wood colour process technology allows coating profiles, bent profiles and aluminum sheets.
